11 held for attempting to kill man twice on same day in Bengaluru
Police said the two attacks took place in Uttarahalli on 20 September following an alleged dispute over previous enmity.

Eleven people, including a woman, have been arrested for allegedly attempting to murder a man and assaulting two others in two separate attacks on the same day last month, police said on Friday.
The first incident occurred on 20 September, when the complainant, Kiran, and his friend were standing on 6th Cross, Maramma Temple Road in Uttarahalli, police said. Six to seven people arrived on motorcycles and allegedly attacked Kiran and his friend with daggers and other weapons before fleeing.
Later the same day, Kiran was having food near Arehalli Arch on Uttarahalli Main Road when another group from the Gowdanapalya area allegedly arrived on motorcycles and attacked him and his nephew with sharp weapons and iron rods, a senior police officer said.
Two cases were registered at the Subramanyapura police station.
Police arrested 11 people, including a woman, between 23 and 30 September, officials said.
During questioning, the accused allegedly admitted to their involvement and told police that the attacks were carried out due to previous enmity, officials said.
The accused were produced before a court, which sent seven of them to police custody for further interrogation, while four, including the woman, were remanded in judicial custody, police said.
Interrogation of the seven in police custody is underway, and the investigation is continuing, they added.
